REFERRALS
If you want to come to us for a specific reason or treatment, but don’t want to leave your own dentist, we can treat you on a referral basis. It may be that your dentist does not carry out certain treatments, such as orthodontics or implants, or you need sedation for your treatment because you are very nervous.
Ask your dentist if they can refer you to us for the treatment you want and they will be able to write a letter of referral to us. We will then carry out a consultation and then send a treatment report to you and your dentist. You can then decide whether to go ahead with treatment or not.
If you decide to go ahead with treatment, we will carry out the treatment and will keep your dentist informed of progress periodically as treatment progresses.
After treatment is complete, we will refer you back to your own dentist so that they can carry on looking after you. Of course, we can see you again if your dentist requests it.
