CARE PLAN
Our care plan is designed for patients who want to be registered with us for care and maintenance on an ongoing basis. For a fixed monthly payment, you will receive 2 check-up’s a year, and 2 or 4 hygienist appointments according to need. In addition, small x-rays are included as well as guaranteed allocation of an appointment for emergency treatment.
